How To Stop Giving Up Exercising
Never End Benefits?
We all know that exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, but we may not know is how crucial is.
The flourishing way to claw back into physical activity is through low-impact activity. I am pretty sure that everyone knows what this means.
Call it whatever you want from warm-up, exercise, drill or workout all the meaning of these words will take you just from the very beginning which is moving the body. Which is nevertheless equal to brisk walking!
The body needs from five to eight weeks to get used to this “new” hobby of movement/exercise. It also takes five to eight weeks to form a routine.
Warm up the Super Body You Have
&
Incorporate Good Nutrition.
That’s right you hear me, warm up the body by taking an attainable hike in your own rhythm. Don’t just rush for the sake of exercising, just walk at your own rhythm.
Do you know that walking is the effortless way to get back into practice out there without requiring any kind of effort?
Yeah, that’s right but I guess you know that already!
By incorporating exercise with proper nutrition can reverse even the most serious disease like diabetes.
But first, you have to take out the carbs and I’m not trying to say you have to take them all out just the bad ones like Bread and Grain, Pasta, sweetener Yogurt, any kind of juice, starchy vegetables and the list can carry on and to eat in moderation and make small portion and smart choices.
Get involved in Playing a Sport. Any kind.
In my previous article here, there’s nothing like the monotony to turn you off a workout regimen than a simple day by day routine. Same thing same old. Nnnnnnnnnoooop.
Get out of bed, get involved in any kind of sport, as swimming – I know you’ll start moaning that I don’t have a poll the swimming pools are shut but hey this is not an excuse.
Hence, you can take a spin class, tennis, hula hoop, playing basketball, playing football, running, slow-flow yoga is one of my favourites as it cools down the body and raises the heart bit simultaneous, table tennis is an amazing piece of body movement.
Do not forget to cool down slowly the body through slow stretching, the upper and lower body. You can give it a try to increase the power of your muscles with a shake which comes in different flavours, I’ve get because I really love, chocolate here
Feel Your Body from Inside Out
Focus on the NOW, AHA momentous and start using this amazing body. You have been gifted with this brilliant piece of humanity, this piece of skeleton full-off muscles.
Everything inside our body is made of tissues. These tissues are made of cells. These cells are made of large biomolecules like proteins and DNA.
As we have so many muscles, tissues, bones, articulation, bones it is no specific need to memorise hundreds of all the.
When your body gets hot after exercising/workout/drill the heat produced by your muscles increase your body temperature making you feel warmer.
Feel your heart how from beating hard start slowing down. Is well known that your heart has her own conscience and acts differently from your head’s rationale.
Did you know that, if you active regularly exercise your heart gets bigger and stronger?
Watch Workout Videos or…..Use an app
Workout exercises are the best for starting level as well as for the advanced. I’m using one of the best app and videos as you can see in my previous articles here.
If you can not pair it with someone, pair it with your own social media- for instance, try to pair it through youtube. There are multiple instructors on youtube who’s taught out and slowly and you can practice in your own comfort.
Apps?
yeaaaaaahhhhh try this awesome app
How many Exercises do You Need?
You can start with 15 minutes/day initially and then extend to 20-40 minutes per day. But try to do it regularly without any excuses without any stopping your way.
Record
Don’t forget to Record your Activity- for instance, in Samsung health.
Remember: Laziness is a natural thing but to move it takes courage, will and determination.
Plenty of pretexts to not move we can find in
-
I detest exercising.
-
I’m too occupied
-
I’m too overweight, too large or too short
-
I’m too exhausted
-
it is too difficult
-
I’m not athletic
-
I have a twinge can’t do it right now, maybe later

Thanks so much for those words of encouragement because even though there are benefits with a good work out plan like other things it is so easy to get distracted or even tired and give up. Thanks so much for sharing.
Angell

Hi Earl, Thank you for your awesome comment. You are like me, fascinated about this human body and what good improvement we can make to it. I grow up with this sentence” you are what you eat, you are what you are thinking” and I completely believe in it 100%.

Hello Angel, Thank you so much for this inspiring post. Age is just a number! When you eat healthily, do Intermitting fasting and sports. Everybody can stay slender, fit & healthy for life. I know what I am talking about, I am almost 60, and I have still my model size. Anybody can do this, it is not a miracle. Choose a sport art you like! It is like you said, go for a walk every day, being in nature can give you your energy back you lost during the daily stress. It only takes 30 minutes, that is all. No compromise, just sport!
I loved your post, Monique
Angell
WOW Monique I can’t believe that you’ve just, you will make 60. There is no way to ee you as 60 y old. NO WAY. You are splendid and magnificent and your look is more like the 30s, I swear!
You are indeed perfectly right, if you put it in your mind, you become what you are thinking about as Deepak Chopra use to say over and over again after Napoleon Hill – love these guys! Just do it, just move this body I love it. Yes, this is my taboo, move every day. PS. If I can not move this body every day bcs for instance I feel sick, I feel so so bad like I’m betrayed it!
Thank you, Monique, thank you for being my friend & many blessings to you& family!

Angell, your article is inspiring and supportive.
Although physical activities, sports and movement have always been an integral part of my life, this pandemic hit me hard.
We are back in lockdown and I am once again struggling to keep an established routine.
Gyms are closed and that is where I get my motivation.
I like your suggestion to use Apps.
There are a few that I have on my phone and tablet.
It’s time to start using them.
Thank you for that push! ????
