The roots of Weightlifting Fitness are far from where we know it. The historical fact shows us that were clearly signs that in ancient Greece and Rome.

What’s the most important thing in life than to have, to get using the body with a nice & smooth routine? Breakfast, lunch, dinner I know I know, I start to be as a robot, to repeat my self, what’s the healthy food and that and that but is not nonsense.

Craving, the pure addiction for sweet things, non-healthy fizzy drinks, unbeatable popcorn ohhhhhh man! We can not continue the discussion without first talking about nutrition.

 

No one wants to hear about this, but in fact, everything is about calories in and calories out. The calories in force insignificant, so you got to get serious about your diet, about what you are eating OK?

It may be true that if you start and your fitness routine is weightlifting. Because you have burned calories and the body is hungry this doesn’t mean that straight away after the training can grab microwave popcorn, or a doughnut or just a Lucozade. That’s the worst!

Behave and the body will love you much without the unhealthy stuff!

What this implies? In our humble understanding describe that in order to have a healthy lifestyle should have health consciousness. Thinking about what you are putting into the body for the benefits of it!

Thus, we can see that not everyone will love and be willing to incorporate weightlifting in day to day training nor twice a week. However, the prime factor to exercise will continue to remain dumbbells.

Nonetheless, an example of how this sport changed to satisfy today century weightlifting is the adjustable dumbbells. There are other types of equipment that contribute to the future of training like bells, resistance bands and tubes in a wicked advantage. 

But as I’ve mentioned these pieces of equipment did not always get the great result to raise the muscular weight made other training tools more adequate for this. Or you change and switch with the ones which are the best convenient and is according to your health condition.

Whatever you decide, importantly is to start doing!

Time for fooling around is over so, the exit is right next to the corner if you don’t take care of and invest in this unique body no one will!

It is so true that even if you just spend ten minutes working out in your office or personal area that you can see an amazing difference in how you look and feel.  The important thing is to DO it and make it a habit, and then it will become a normal part of life.  Exercising and then avoiding junk food is so important – eat real food!  I also like to mention how important it is to rest and get good nights’ sleep.

    • Hi Max , you are perfectly right. I always  onaicer that when you DO exercise/workout, have a cupa of tea or something ligh without sugar yeah and then rest relax the body. IT Is well known that the muscle grow while when the body is in a sleep mode.

  2. Hi, thanks for this great weightlifting Fitness article. It is interesting that in the past weightlifting was all about survival and not to simply feel and look good like today. Being able to use the weightlifting qualities in a war situation is worth the exercise LOL! My favorite alternative to weightlifting is running because when you run you exercise your whole body and keep it all fit and strong!

    • Hi, thank you Nedia for the comment. Some prefer to run an alternative to weightlifting (ps. I can do this anymore bcs of my pet, he just run faster then me, is just gone as speed light) but for some it is a saying that to much run could damage the knees. So, yes I do believe that any workout activity is good for the benefits of body

  3. Hi Angell. Very interesting article. With all pandemic problems and staying in home more then ever its very important to keep good training habits. I didn’t focused too much on weightlifting, but looking on your post it may be good idea to add this to my training routine. Thank you for your advices, looking forward to test it in practice.
